Manual Tongs

Petrorio Drilling Tools Manual Tongs, built for making up and breaking out connections of tubulars from lightweight tubing pipes to heavyweight drill pipes and drill collars. Our tongs are designed to deliver reliability and strength, equivalent to NOV HT Manual Tongs, covering pipe sizes from 2.3/8” to 21” with torque capacities ranging from 16,000 to 100,000 lbs/ft.

The tongs can be quickly adjusted for either make-up or break-out operations by simply removing the hanger and flipping the tong, ensuring versatility on the rig floor.

Manufactured strictly to API-7K specifications and certified to international quality standards, each tong undergoes rigorous in-house testing to guarantee performance, durability, and safety before delivery.

We also offer customized Manual Tongs tailored to client-specific requirements, providing solutions equivalent to NOV HT and B+V manual tongs.
