Petrorio Drilling Tools manufactures Insert Bowls built for compatibility with both 27.1/2” and 37.1/2” Master Bushings. These bowls provide essential support for hand slips during drilling and tripping operations, serving as the wedge surface to ensure uniform radial load distribution on the Master Bushing. Designed for versatility, our Insert Bowls accommodate tubular sizes ranging from 2.3/8” to 13.3/8”, covering a broad spectrum of drilling requirements.
We offer three Insert Bowl variants:
- Insert Bowl No. 1 – Designed for tubulars ranging from 11.3/4’’ to 13.3/8’’, delivering secure handling and efficiency for larger tubular sizes.
- Insert Bowl No. 2 – Suitable for tubulars from 9.5/8’’ to 10.3/4’’, providing reliable performance for medium-sized tubulars.
- Insert Bowl No. 3 – Covers tubulars ranging from 2.3/8’’ to 8.5/8’’, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of applications.
