Petrorio Drilling Tools manufactures the Model CHD Tubing Spider, built to handle tubulars from 1.315” to 5.1/2” with a load capacity of 125 tons. Designed for versatility, it can be operated both manually and pneumatically, offering flexibility in diverse drilling environments.
Manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and heat-treated for enhanced strength, the CHD Tubing Spider is built for durability and long service life. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, including tensile, impact, magnetic particle, and proof load tests, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions.
The CHD Tubing Spider is designed to fit adapter plates in either square drive or pin drive master bushings, allowing precise centering on the rotary table and enabling manual rotation when required.
